WORLD CUP STATISTICS : RANKING OF THE GOAL SCORERS (1930-2014)

Pictures : 1 – Miroslav Klose leads the World Cup All Time Goalscorer ranking, he won the World Cup 2014 with Germany in Brazil. 2 -Ronaldo, the Brazilian star, was one of the five players in the World to win in the same time the World Cup and the Top Scorer Ranking (2002). 3-The French striker Just Fontaine scored 13 goals in one World Cup 1958, a record which will be difficult to beat !
STATISTICS
Topping the FIFA World Cup finals scoring chart is a great honour for each striker, but winning the World Cup is the MUST . From 1930 to 2014, only 5 players were also TOP SCORER and WORLD CUP WINNER : Garrincha and Vava (Brazil) in 1962, Mario Kempes (Argentina) in 1978, Paolo Rossi (Italy) in 1982 and Ronaldo (Brazil) in 2002. The French striker Just Fontaine hold the record of goals (13) in one World Cup and the German Miroslav Klose has scored the most goals in the World Cup (16 from 2002 to 2014).
